Y2 Solar provides rooftop solar consultation, system sizing, site survey support, solar quotation assistance, solar installation coordination, subsidy guidance, net-metering support and related solar services for residential, commercial and industrial customers.
The content available on this website is provided for general information and guidance. We try to keep the information accurate and updated, but solar prices, government policies, subsidy rules, product availability, DISCOM requirements and installation timelines may change from time to time.
Any result shown through the solar calculator, savings calculator, subsidy estimate, quotation form or website content is only an approximate estimate. Final pricing, savings, system size, subsidy eligibility and installation cost may vary after electricity bill review, site inspection, shadow analysis, roof condition, product selection and applicable government or DISCOM rules.
A final quotation may be provided only after collecting the required project details and, where needed, completing a physical or virtual site survey. Y2 Solar may revise the estimated cost based on actual site conditions, roof structure, wiring distance, mounting requirements, meter location, product availability and customer preferences.
Customers must provide correct details such as name, phone number, email, location, electricity bill, sanctioned load, roof details and required documents. The customer is responsible for site access, roof permission, society or landlord approval and any other local approvals required for installation.
Pricing may include solar panels, inverter, mounting structure, wiring, installation, basic accessories and service charges depending on the quotation. Additional charges may apply for extra wiring, special structure, civil work, battery backup, monitoring devices, DISCOM charges, government fees or any work not included in the approved quotation.
Cancellation and refund terms depend on the stage of the project. If cancellation is requested before material procurement or project processing, a refund may be considered after deducting applicable administrative, consultation or survey charges. If material has been ordered, customized, delivered or installation has started, refund may be partially adjusted or not applicable based on actual expenses.
Installation timelines are estimated and may vary due to site readiness, customer approval, payment delay, weather conditions, material availability, DISCOM inspection, net-metering process, government approvals or other external factors beyond Y2 Solar’s control.
Y2 Solar may assist customers with subsidy guidance, documentation and net-metering support where applicable. However, subsidy approval, subsidy amount, inspection, net-metering approval and subsidy release are handled by government authorities, DISCOMs or relevant agencies. Y2 Solar does not guarantee subsidy approval, subsidy amount or release timeline.
Solar panels, inverters, batteries and other components are covered by the warranty provided by their respective manufacturers. Installation or workmanship warranty, if applicable, will be mentioned in the final quotation or invoice. Warranty may not apply in cases of physical damage, misuse, unauthorized repair, natural disaster, customer-side electrical fault or third-party modification.
Y2 Solar will not be responsible for indirect losses such as business loss, expected savings mismatch, delay caused by authorities, subsidy rejection, grid outage, weather-related generation loss, third-party service issues or any loss caused by incorrect customer information. Any liability, if applicable, will be limited to the amount paid for the specific service or product involved.
Users must not misuse this website, submit false information, attempt unauthorized access, copy website content without permission, interfere with website functionality or use the website for illegal, harmful or fraudulent activities.
